“The scheme has been an incredible and exciting journey. It has provided me with the opportunity to experience and learn about the different roles within Tech & Data. The rotations gave me enough time to gain new skills and knowledge as well as being able to make a difference in each placement and I have had tremendous support and guidance throughout. My placements in the Business Architect and Business Analysis teams allowed me to work with key frontline operations and the technology used to keep this great city moving. The experience gained well and truly made me appreciate working for a company like TfL, where there are endless opportunities to grow and develop at the start of your career. As part of the graduate scheme I have also been able to complete professional qualifications in varying disciplines and I am currently working towards completing my BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.”
